Description
Made from premium quality Australian pork, this ham is traditionally cured and cooked with the hock bone remaining (other bones removed pre
curing for easy slicing). Lightly smoked with Beechwood to enhance natural flavour while maintaining juiciness.
- Full muscle with hock bone present. All other bones removed for easy slicing
- Slow cooked for 12 hours with fat and rind on.
