Keith’s battered savs are lightly coated in crispy golden tempura batter and individually frozen for your convenience.

Storage Instructions
Keep frozen. Store at or below minus 18°C.

Cooking Instructions
Deep Fry – Microwave on high for 50 seconds then deep fry for 4 – 5 minutes at 180°C.

Oven – place in a preheated 180°C fan forced oven for approx 15-20 minutes.

Suggestions for Use
Serve individually as a snack, meal or kid’s meal with chips and salad. Ideal for clubs, hotels, motels, bistros, cafes, canteens, cafeterias, venue caterers, restaurants, fast food and takeaway outlets.
