Cooking Instructions
Do not defrost before use. COOK FROM FROZEN.

Steam: Submerge Pork Dim Sums in water for 5 seconds. Place Pork Dim Sums in a steamer and steam over boiling water for up to 10-15 minutes until soft.

Flash Fry then Deep Fry: Pre heat oil to 170-180ºC. Flash fry Pork Dim Sums for approximately 1-2 minutes until pastry starts to brown, then leave aside for 10 minutes or more. When ready to serve, deep fry (re-fry) Pork Dim Sums at 170-180ºC for 3-5 minutes (or until cooked and golden brown). Drain oil and serve.

Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 170 – 180ºC. Deep fry Pork Dim Sums for 5-10 minutes until golden brown. Drain oil and serve.
