Ingredients
Cabbage, Pork (28%), Wheat Flour, Water, Potato Starch, Salt, Sugar, Oyster Sauce, Flavour Enhancer (621, 635), Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Noodle Improver, Spices, Sake, Mineral Salt (451, 450), Colour (101, 102).

Cooking Instructions
Do not defrost before use. COOK FROM FROZEN.

Steam: Submerge Pork Dim Sums in water for 5 seconds. Place Pork Dim Sums in a steamer and steam over boiling water for up to 10-15 minutes until soft.

Flash Fry then Deep Fry: Pre heat oil to 170-180ºC. Flash fry Pork Dim Sums for approximately 1-2 minutes until pastry starts to brown, then leave aside for 10 minutes or more. When ready to serve, deep fry (re-fry) Pork Dim Sums at 170-180ºC for 3-5 minutes (or until cooked and golden brown). Drain oil and serve.

Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 170 – 180ºC. Deep fry Pork Dim Sums for 5-10 minutes until golden brown. Drain oil and serve.
