Ingredients

Steamed Rice (56%), Carrot, Onion, Peas, Ham, BBQ Pork, Egg, Soy Sauce, Sugar, Chicken Powder, Spices, Sesame Oil, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Smoke Flavour, Flavour Enhancer(635).

Cooking Instructions

Conventional Oven
Thaw Fried Rice in chiller. Pre-heat oven to 200ºC. With lid on, place tray into oven and heat for 50-60 minutes or until hot. Be careful not to overheat product.

Combi Oven
Pre-heat oven to 120°C, 100% steam. From frozen with lid on, place tray into oven and heat for 40 minutes or until hot.

Microwave
Thaw Fried Rice in a chiller. Place Fried Rice on a microwaveable plate or container then heat on high power (900W) for 10-12 minutes. Leave product to cool for 1-2 minutes then stir thoroughly. Heat for a further 5-6 minutes or until hot.

Stir Fry
Thaw Fried Rice in a chiller. Place Fried Rice in a wok or fry pan and stir fry till hot (As a guide this should take 10-15 minutes). Results may vary according to appliance used and portion sizes. Please adjust cooking time/s and temperature/s if necessary.
